転送サービスを利用させてもらおうと思ってオーダーフォームまでいきましたが、カードが全て使えませんでした。VISA、JCB、MasterCard、American Express全て試しましたが

チャットしてみたところ下記の返信が来ました。おそらくクレジットカードが日本のものではNGになったようですね。
"Our transactions are processed by our third party platform. We are dependent on the relationships they have established with certain banks and countries. Therefore, we are somewhat limited to accepting payment from only those countries that have banks with established relationships with our E-Commerce platform. We do accept credit cards from 90 countries. If you would like for us to re-process your order with a different credit card from one of the countries from our list, I'm happy to offer you free shipping."
