いつもラルフローレンのオーダーで
お世話になっている者です。
今回は初めて、Z GALLERIE
という家具屋での注文を考えています。
チェックアウトの画面に進むと、
以下のような分がでてきます。
英語力がなく理解できないのですが、
重量がオーバーしているので、
注文ができないということでしょうか？
Your order may need an extra shipment fee if the item(s) are considered oversized and weigh more than 7 lbs in actual or dimensional weight. If this applies to your order, we will ask you to authorize the extra charge BEFORE charging your credit card. If you paid via PayPal, you will be given the option to pay additional fees or cancel the order and a full refund will then be issued promptly.
Accessory orders shipping outside of the United States will ship from Z Gallerie with free Standard Domestic Shipping to International Checkout. Special Handling and Oversize charges will apply when required. Orders placed by International customers shipping to locations within the United States will have domestic shipping charges added to their order. Regular delivery charges will apply to all furniture orders delivered to International Checkout.
Z Gallerie Gift Cards cannot be purchased by international customers at this time.
ZG Card rewards and discounts are not eligible on orders through International Checkout

今回オーダーをされている商品の中で、オーバーサイズもしくは重量が7lbsを超えている商品があるため、超過送料が別途かかるようです。
クレジットカードでお支払いの場合は、クレジットカードに請求をする前に超過送料の支払いを承認するかショップがお客様に確認をします。ペイパルでお支払いの場合は、支払いの画面で超過送料の支払いをするかしないかの選択をする画面が出てきます。超過送料の支払いをしない場合はオーダーは自動的にキャンセルになります。という内容です。
超過送料をお支払いいただければオーダーは通りますので、どうぞご安心下さい。
